At CaseItUpCosmos, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival.
You received the wrong product or wrong model.
The product is unused, in original packing, and all accessories are intact.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Items with physical damage, scratches, dents after use.
Screen protectors, tempered glass once applied.
Customized cases or personalized items.
Items returned without original packaging.
3. Return / Exchange Window
You must raise a request within 14 days of delivery.
After 14 days, requests will not be accepted.
4. Process for Return or Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp or store support.
Share your order number, product issue, and unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims).
Our team will verify the issue.
Once approved:
Exchange: Replacement will be shipped.
Return: Store credit or refund (if applicable) will be issued.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered.
Product not available for replacement.
Refund mode:
Online orders: Refund to original payment method.
Store purchases: Store credit only (no cash refunds).
6. Conditions for Exchange
Exchange allowed only for same model and same product type.
If your requested model/design is out of stock, you may choose another product by paying the price difference (if any).
7. Courier & Shipping
In case of defective/wrong product, we will cover return shipping.
For customer-preferred exchanges (change of mind), shipping charges apply
